For Indian Nationals:

PAN Card

LLP company partners need to produce their PAN Card copy as mandatory for the registration process. For the partners in the company PAN number is the Unique Identification Number which is being issued by the Income Tax Department in India.

Address Proof

The partners PAN Card is required along with the address proof and resident proof. It is important to notice that the document must have the proper name of the proposed partners which should not have any mismatch. Proofs cannot be more than 2 months during the submission for the company registration process.

Address proof can be as follows:

• Electricity bill
• Telephone bill
• Aadhar Card
• Driving License’
• Election or Voter ID
• Passport

Resident Proof

The Proposed partners required to submit the Resident proof in order to validate the present address as a part of the document verification for the registration.

You can submit resident proofs as the following types:

• Bank statements

For Foreign Nationals:

Passport

For the foreign people passport is considered for the Identity proof, also it must be notarized in the country where it is issued. The language in the passport is important here to register a company as LLP in India. So that the language type for the passport should be translated in English if it is issued in any foreign language by any official translator. Exact details about the date of birth must be mentioned in the passport for the verification, if any problem on that is noticed then the proof for the Date of Birth need to be attached by the holder. Such a proof have to be Attested or Notarized or Apo stilled

Address Proof

The foreign people along with the Passport copy need to produce the address proof which is also notarized. For Indian national we keep PAN Card as the main reference for the person name and address validation with the address and resident proof. Similarly for the foreign people passport is the main reference to check name and address properly for complete comparison. So the address proof should not be older than 1 year for the foreign national during the registration process. Address proofs that are acceptable is as follows:

• Driving license
• Bank statements
• Any government issued form considering as identity card

Residence Proof

Current address of the proposed foreign partner is verified with the resident proof and it must be in the same name as that of in the passport. The proof should be in English language, if the language is varied then an official translator have to take care of the translation to English before the submission.

Registered Office proof

While registering your company as LLP the office address is also have to be registered along with the submission of address and resident proofs. During the company incorporation there are some documents that should be produced with the 30 days of the company incorporation is provided as follows:

Authorization from landlord: It is to ensure that the company use the premises as their registered office mentioning the name which is in the electricity bill or gas bill and this document is referred by the NOC from the landlord

Any proof of evidence is needed for the utilities like telephone, gas, electricity and that should not be older than 2 months.

Subscriber sheet

Once the registration process initialized with the name approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs then the documents are required to file in the ROC. Subscriber sheet is important to be submitted in ROC which is witnessed by professional lawyer or any charted accountant
