The documents like
- Memorandum of Association
- Articles of Association
- Pre-incorporation agreement for appointing Directors/ Managing Directors
- Declaration by an authorized person confirming that the requirements relating to registration have been followed and adhered
The above documents should be submitted by the Promoter to Registrar of Companies [ROC] as a statutory process and for confirmation. The Registrar of companies after finalization and completion of statutory requirements issues the certificate called “Certificate of Incorporation”
